There's the obvious meaning: rebounding, as in bouncing. The Bounder™ and The Hopper™ are trampoline ottomans. You literally bounce on them. Parenting, on a rebounder. Simple.
But we chose it because of the other meaning, too.

When the kid who was inconsolable twenty minutes ago is now launching themselves off the ottoman with pure joy. What We Built, and Why
