Shipping
Each ottoman is handcrafted to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before shipment.
Standard shipping takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks production + 7–10 business days shipping.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping available — contact us for a quote.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund with no fees. Because every ottoman is handcrafted to order, please reach out as soon as possible so we can stop production before materials are cut or work begins.
Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still initiate a return within 30 days of delivery — a $89 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Email hello@springandstitch.shop with your order number and subject line "Cancellation Request" as soon as possible.
- We will confirm your cancellation status within 1 business day.
- If your order has not yet shipped, your full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Because each ottoman is made to order, a $89 return processing fee is deducted from all refunds to cover return shipping and restocking.
- Email returns@springandstitch.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent).
- Drop off at any UPS location.
- Refund issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the return, minus the $89 fee.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged by the consumer, altered, laundered incorrectly, or used commercially. Custom colorways and fabric upgrades are final sale. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — we'll make it right at no charge.
Want a different color or fabric tier? We're happy to facilitate an exchange. The $89 return fee still applies to the original item, but we'll waive the return fee on your replacement order.
