Wholesale Terms

Please review all terms before submitting your application.

Trade (15% off MSRP): No minimum order quantity. Billed per order.
Wholesale Standard (20% off MSRP): Opening order $1,000 · Reorders $800.
Wholesale Freight (25% off MSRP): Opening order $1,000 · Reorders $800. Buyer arranges freight pickup.
Kids' Social Clubs (15% off MSRP): Group order minimum $1,000. Ships to single address.

All prices are in USD. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active accounts.

All wholesale and trade orders are made to order and non-cancellable once production begins (typically 48 hours after order confirmation). Spring & Stitch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Approved accounts are subject to annual renewal.

ACH / bank transfer — net-15 terms for established accounts (12+ months)
No COD or purchase orders accepted at this time

Production time: 1–2 weeks. Shipping: 5–10 business days via ground freight or parcel carrier. Free shipping on wholesale standard orders over $1,500. Freight orders: buyer responsible for all freight charges from our fulfillment center.

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Contact your account manager immediately if changes are needed.

Inspect all shipments upon delivery. Claims for damaged or defective goods must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt with photos. Approved claims will be replaced or credited. No returns accepted for change of mind or overstock.
