Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Spring & Stitch™ website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Who We Are

Spring & Stitch™ is an independent company. We design and sell the Trampoline Ottoman™ product line, including The Hopper™ and The Bounder™, as well as accessories and fabric samples. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Products & Orders

All products are made to order. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. We recommend ordering a fabric sample before placing a full order.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card information.

Shipping & Delivery

Each product is handcrafted to order. Production time is approximately 4–6 weeks, followed by 7–10 business days for standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Total estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks for production followed by 7–10 business days for shipping.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Free shipping applies to all orders within the contiguous US. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations is available — contact us for a quote.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A $69 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind after the 30-day window. To initiate a return, email hello@springandstitch.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all structural components (frame, bungee cords, hardware) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover fabric wear, cosmetic damage, damage resulting from misuse, overloading, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, contact warranty@springandstitch.shop with your order number and photos of the defect. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, the "Trampoline Ottoman™" name, "The Hopper™," "The Bounder™," "Parenting on the Rebound™," and all associated trade dress — is the property of Spring & Stitch™ and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spring & Stitch™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Safety & Intended Use

Our products are designed for indoor recreational use. Do not exceed the stated weight limit of 440 lbs. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 6. Do not use outdoors or in wet conditions. Do not use the product if the frame, bungee cords, or cover are damaged.

Spring & Stitch™ is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse, failure to follow safety guidelines, or use by individuals with medical conditions that contraindicate bouncing or physical activity. Consult a physician if you have any concerns about physical activity.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Spring & Stitch™.
