We at Spring & Stitch™, as well as our affiliates (collectively, "we," "us," or "our") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (this "Policy").

This Policy describes (1) the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit springandstitch.shop or interact with us by phone, mail, or email, and (2) our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

  • Custom order details — fabric selections, product specifications (skirt style, rebounder dimensions, color preferences), and special instructions for handmade-to-order products including The Bounder™ and The Hopper™
  • Photos, images, or videos — content you choose to provide in connection with reviews or feedback
  • Technical information — browser type, OS, device info, geographic region, access logs, and clickstream data
  • Internet activity — browsing history, search history, and interactions with our Website or advertisements

Technical & Automatic Collection

As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we or our third-party service providers may automatically collect Technical Information using cookies, web beacons (clear gifs, pixel tags), and other embedded tracking technologies. This includes browser type, operating system, geographic region, access timestamps, pages visited, and clickstream analytics.

User Contributions

You may provide information to be posted on public areas of our Website, such as images, photos, videos, written feedback, and reviews ("User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users who may have access to your User Contributions.

Tracking & "Do Not Track"

We may collect Personal Information about your online activities over time and across third-party sites for tracking purposes when you use our Website. However, we do not currently allow third parties to collect Personal Information through our Website for their own separate tracking purposes.

Our Website does not respond to "do not track" signals sent by your computer, browser, or mobile device.

Third-Party Analytics & Advertising Services

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track and analyze traffic and usage statistics. We may also use Google Analytics Advertising Features including Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, Demographics and Interest Reporting, and Google Ads. You can opt out via your browser's "Ads Settings," the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or the Network Advertising Initiative's Consumer Opt-Out page.

Meta Business Tools

We may use advertising services provided by Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and App Events via Facebook SDK, to provide measurement services and target ads. We may share email addresses with Meta for lookalike audience targeting. You can opt out via the Network Advertising Initiative's Consumer Opt-Out page or your Facebook/Instagram privacy settings.

Shopify

Our Website is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify may collect your Personal Information in accordance with its own privacy practices to operate our online store, process orders and payments, and provide analytics. Please review Shopify's Privacy Policy for more information.

We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — contractors and vendors who support our hosting, maintenance, operations, and promotion, including: Shopify (website hosting), payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Diners Club, Discover), shipping and tracking services, UpPromote (affiliate program management), and analytics/advertising providers
  • Business transfers — to a buyer or successor in the event of a sale, merger, divestiture, or similar corporate transaction

No Differential Treatment. If you exercise any of these rights, you will not receive differential treatment from us (e.g., different prices or quality of services), except as permitted by applicable law.

In certain cases, our disclosure of your Personal Information to third-party advertising service providers may constitute "sharing" as defined under the CCPA. We may share your Technical Information and/or Internet Activity with such providers for the purpose of delivering personalized or behavioral advertisements across other websites and services.

Please note: Our data sharing practices do not involve (1) the sharing of any Sensitive Personal Information, or (2) the sharing of information about individuals we know are under the age of 16.

California & State-Specific Disclosures

California "Shine the Light"

California residents may request a list of certain categories of Personal Information we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. Email hello@springandstitch.shop with the subject "California Shine the Light." Note: we do not currently disclose Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Nevada Residents

Nevada residents who wish to exercise sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may email hello@springandstitch.shop with the subject "Nevada Sale Opt-Out Right." Note: we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Users Outside the United States

Our Website is hosted in the United States. If you are accessing our Website from the European Union, Canada, Asia, or any other jurisdiction with laws governing personal data that differ from U.S. laws, by using our Website and providing your Personal Information, you are expressly consenting to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States and other jurisdictions as described in this Policy.

Children Under the Age of 18

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and no one under age 18 may provide any information through our Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18. While our Hopper™ product is designed for children's use, all purchases are made by adults and we do not collect Personal Information from the children who use our products.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we have implemented security measures we believe are adequate, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk.

Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery under the following terms.

Return Shipping Fee

A $69 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return transit. This fee applies to all approved returns and will be reflected in the refund amount issued to your original payment method.

Consumer-Damaged Products

Products that have been damaged by the consumer are not eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to: tears, cuts, burns, stains, structural damage resulting from misuse or overloading, pet damage, and any modifications made to the product after delivery.

Made-to-Order Policy

Because every Spring & Stitch product is custom-made to your specifications (fabric selection, color, and size), we cannot accept returns for change of mind outside the 30-day return window. Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@springandstitch.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
