1-Year Limited Warranty
All Spring & Stitch™ ottomans are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of original purchase.
✓ What's Covered
- Structural frame defects
- Bungee cord failure under normal use
- Fabric seam separation (manufacturing defect)
- Snap closure failure
- Foam delamination or premature breakdown
- Any defect present at time of delivery
✗ What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and fading over time
- Damage from misuse or exceeding weight limits
- Consumer-caused damage (cuts, burns, stains)
- Damage from improper cleaning
- Outdoor or commercial use
- Cosmetic variations in fabric texture or color
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email warranty@springandstitch.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.

We Review Your Claim
Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and confirm whether it falls under warranty coverage.

Resolution
Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement of the defective component, or full replacement of the ottoman — at our discretion. We cover all shipping costs for warranty claims.
